The design approach of this project focuses on enhancing the residents' quality of life. The apartments are luxurious, spacious, bright, and,
most importantly, have large balconies with views of either the mountains or the sea. The façade design, with its cantilevered elements,
combines voids and solids to address lighting and ventilation needs, while also enveloping the main building mass. This mass sits atop
curved, recessed pilotis columns, giving the building a sense of lightness. The side façades are more solid, featuring elongated openings,
showing that freedom and strictness can coexist harmoniously in this project
